What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as PayPal accounts. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout — simply choose "Pay by Debit or Credit Card" on the PayPal page. All payments are SSL-encrypted and secure.
What happens after I checkout?+
✅ You are redirected to an Order Confirmed page
✅ A confirmation email is sent to your email address
✅ Your order goes through to production — 2–5 business days
✅ Once shipped, you receive a tracking number by email

Will I receive an order confirmation?+
Yes — you'll receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after payment, and a second email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.
Can I modify or cancel my order?+
Because orders go into production quickly, modifications must be requested within 2 hours of ordering. Contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help before production begins.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?+
All products are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days. After production, standard delivery within the USA is 3–4 business days. Total estimated time: 5–9 business days. These are estimates — not guarantees.
How is shipping calculated?+
Shipping is included in the product price — there are no extra shipping charges at checkout. We ship to US addresses only.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently IcorStore ships to USA addresses only. We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
Will I get a tracking number?+
Yes — once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
Who handles shipping?+
All orders are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner using trusted US carriers including USPS and FedEx. IcorStore does not handle shipping directly.
What if my item doesn't arrive?+
If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow a few extra days as carrier delays do happen. If your package still hasn't arrived:
Check your tracking link from your shipping confirmation email
Contact your local post office with your tracking number — packages are sometimes held there
Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement at no charge to you. Claims submitted after 30 days of the estimated delivery date cannot be processed.
Tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received my package?+
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
Check around your property — porches, mailboxes, side doors
Check with neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address
Contact your local post office with your tracking number — they can investigate
Wait 24–48 hours — sometimes carriers mark items as delivered slightly early
If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your package, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. Please note that once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we are unable to guarantee a free replacement as the delivery is considered complete. Any replacement in this situation would be at our discretion.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?+
Because all products are made on-demand, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?+
We're sorry to hear that. Please email us with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We'll issue a replacement or full refund immediately — no return shipping required.
Can I exchange for a different size?+
Size exchanges are handled case by case. Please check our size guide before ordering. If you received the wrong size due to our error, we'll ship a replacement at no cost.

What materials are your products made from?+
We source premium-quality materials for every product. T-shirts are 100% ring-spun cotton. Hoodies are 80/20 cotton/polyester fleece. Mugs are high-fired ceramic. Posters use archival-grade matte paper. Specific product details are listed on each product page.
Are the designs exclusive to IcorStore?+
Yes — all designs in the 1776–2026 Heritage Collection are exclusive to IcorStore and created specifically for this collection. You won't find them sold elsewhere.
Are products limited edition?+
The 1776–2026 Heritage Collection is tied to the 2026 anniversary. While we don't have hard quantity limits right now, these designs are time-specific and may not be available after 2026.
